Warranty / Return / Cancellation Information

PLEASE NOTE: Our products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Aftermarket Tanks, Tank Consoles (dashes), aftermarket fenders, ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you. Our seats are built to fit stock bikes.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Accidental damage is not covered under warranty, please take care of your seat. Cover materials, and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. If a leather material is selected for the Tail / Side / Rear section, the elasticity will not be covered under warranty. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a BMC receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Customer pays shipping to us, and we will pay the return shipping.

FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

 

BILLET PARTS WARRANTY: Finish, paint, and structural integrity are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. 

Cancellations

Orders more than 24 hours old cannot be cancelled/changed. We build these items to order and start right away, so please be sure of your order before submitting.

Fairing kits cannot be cancelled.

For any approved cancellations,  buyer pays 10% restocking fee.

 

 

Returns
CUSTOM MADE SEATS AND FIBERGLASS FAIRINGS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. THESE PARTS ARE BUILT TO ORDER SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR BIKE

For all other items,
our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been installed are not eligible for returns.

For all approved returns, shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer pays 10% restocking fee.
